How Do I Place An Order?

​Placing an order is simple! Simply go to the store, choose a category of product that you are after, browse the range, check that the item is in stock; then add it to your cart.

Once you have added everything you want to your cart, simply click the little shopping cart icon up the top right of the page and proceed to checkout. 

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based upon your delivery address/location

Notify Me When Available - For Sold Out Items

If the item you are after is sold out, you can put your details into the "notify me when available" side bar on the product page for the item you're interested in. When it comes back into stock, you will be notified immediately.

Once payment has been received, we endeavour to fulfil orders within 1-2 days.

Yes, we do ship internationally - rates are calculated at checkout

For those ordering clothing, these items are made to order and drop-shipped from the supplier. Please allow 1-3 weeks generally for items to be processed & sent.

 

Returns & Refunds

When ordering your item/s, please make sure you order the correct size/colour/item, because we do not offer an exchange or refund due to buyer error or remorse. We may consider some cases in exceptional circumstances.

Once a component has been fitted to a vehicle, the responsibility falls on to the end-user. It is not our problem. We cannot use/re-sell goods that have been installed and/or used/scratched/damaged.

If you have any doubts, queries or to confirm fitment - please contact us before purchasing, in order to clarify and/or figure out any potential issues.

We do, offer exchange orders if the product is faulty. In which it will be sent back to us and exchanged for a new item.

- The customer is liable for postage costs of returning an item back to us (the supplier)
